La troisième édition du festival d’Øya, aura lieu à Oslo dans le parc du moyen âge, entre le 7 et le 11 août. Les premières années, le programme comprenait uniquement des artistes norvégiens, qui occupent encore une place importante, mais place est faite désormais également aux artistes internationaux.
